Freelance translators, interpreters and checkers must meet the following criteria:
- At least three years of experience in the translation industry
- Reliably contactable during regular office hours
- Free from any contractual obligations prohibiting freelance work
Application process
Step 1: Application
Send us your resume and any supporting materials (including previous examples of translation work) using the button below. A representative will contact you after reviewing the documents you provide.
Step 2: Trial
If your application is successful, you will be sent a short test translation for your language pair covering different subject areas, along with a questionnaire about your previous experience and areas of expertise. Return the test translation and questionnaire to us by email by the specified deadline.
Step 3: Trial result
You will be informed of the result of your trial by email within approximately two weeks of submitting your test translation.
Step 4: Contract offer
You will be sent a contract to sign if your trial has been successful. Please note that we also require that all translators, interpreters and checkers sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) prior to working with us.
Step 5: Confirmation of registration
Your registration is now complete. A project manager will contact you when projects are available for your language pair(s).
